Head of Governance and Compliance
As Head of Quality, Governance & Compliance my role is to oversee the quality and governance agenda for Derian House. This means that I oversee all systems and processes which give assurance to our Board of Trustees, funders, the Care Quality Commission, as well as children, young people and families, that our care and support meets the highest standards possible.
I have worked in quality and governance in a number of hospitals and community settings for many years and am an experienced qualified manager. I have led on learning disability and transition, independent living and have worked in Social Services for a Local Authority before completely changing career and working in quality.
I am proud to work at Derian House, supporting young people and their families who access the hospice to ensure what we provide is an all-round outstanding package of care and support.
